Client is the supplier of set top box for sky. They sell Sky+HD, Sky+Standard box across UK. Client has more than 20 sales representatives to sell product across the UK. They want to integrate their existing system in CRM so can track all the sell recode and work on that easily.
- Company is basically involved in the business of supplying set top box for sky to their customer on the regular basis. They are the main suppliers for that.
- They sell Sky+HD, Sky+Standard box across UK. In company there are more than 20 sales representatives to sell product across the UK.
- They want to integrate their existing system in CRM so can track all the sell recode and work on that easily.
- VICIDial was the system which they were using and want to integrate CRM in that in order to track data and only one single platform on which the sales representatives will work.
- They want to implement CRM on VICIDial and want to access both on one page and from that they will contact the customer as well as maintain lead, so no need to individually open CRM for the same reason.
- Sales person will get all the information about the product, like price, package and the last price which he can offer the customer. It also displays the current status of that product.
- Also maintain the data which need to follow up and again contact that respective customer for the same
- Now an invoice has to be created and sent to the Customer for payment. The information must be exported from the CMS to their Peach Tree Accounting system so the information does not have to be input manually.
Steps of Integration of VICIDial with vTiger CRM:
- Filed Mapping: The below screen is the main page on which we have implemented vTiger CRM. This is the page on which the mapping done between the VICIDial and vTiger CRM data. On this screen will set vTiger CRM field.
- CRM Tab on VICIDial: As mention below preen screen, there is tab for the CRM, and we can see the lead option as well in VICIDial. On the basis of the integration of CRM with vTiger same leads open in the CRM tab when user clicks on the CRM Tab. And it open within one screen. So there is no need to open CRM individually.
- Lead In CRM: As you can see in the below print screen that CRM is open in VICIDial, and within that screen, agent can open CRM in order to access the information about the lead and update the status if required.
- Movable Script: As in below mention print screen, we have set the Movable script for the sales representative who can read directly whenever it required during taking calls with the customer.
- User List view in VICIDial: The above print screen is the list view of the VICIDial where you can find the information like User Id, Name, Level, Groups etc.
- User List view in vTiger: The above print screen is the list view of the vTiger where you can find the information like User Id, Name, Email, Status and Groups etc.
- While implementing we have done so many customization of vTiger in VICIDial in order to get the best output and maximum utilization of vTiger in that. Ultimately it helps to enhance the sales as well as help the company.
