Challenges

Most of users who are mobile users had to connect Recordlinc platform through mobile browser. A HIPAA compliant mobile app to make this process faster and easier was the top priority to maintain user engagement and increase number of users.

Solution

Together with RecordLinc's user research team we quickly analyzed and listed the "Must Haves" for their first version of mobile app which included messaging between doctors and patients with their files management and sharing as essential features. All later versions are developed and maintained by Variance Team till the date.
