Challenges

  • In the old system, orders were manually injected by the Postman API. The challenge was to Sync Orders into the AWS Intact using the schedule task.
  • The client has their orders divided into three kinds,
    1. Single Order with an Individual SKU
    2. Multiple Orders with a Common SKU
    3. Single Order with Individual SKU and Multiple Quantity

    Based on the order type, the total bill amount calculation part required the team's close attention.

Solution

  • To auto sync orders into AWS intact, our team implemented the Scheduled task module and Sync Data using scheduled tasks.
  • This module includes Price analysis based on the placed order, quantity of the item, assigned SKU for the final invoice.
